How is aircraft time billed?
What is the full-day minimum?
Where is N311ZZ based?
How are the advertised membership rates calculated?
- Wing dues-only rate: $700 ÷ 2 included hours = $350/hour dry, excluding the $1,500 enrollment fee.
- Wing first year: $9,900 for 24 included hours = $412.50/hour dry when the enrollment fee is included. That is $3,300 less than 24 Walk-Up hours at $550/hour, before fuel and other charges.
- Summit dues-only rate: $2,500 ÷ 8.5 included hours = approximately $294.12/hour dry, excluding the $3,500 annual enrollment/membership fee.
- Summit annual total: $33,500 for 102 included hours = approximately $328.43/hour dry when the annual fee is included. That is $22,600 less than 102 Walk-Up hours at $550/hour, before fuel and other charges.
These calculations assume every included hour is flown and do not include fuel, taxes, instructor or checkout costs, insurance, airport fees or other applicable charges.
